SALON SERVICES

Service availability may vary, and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service without prior notice. Prices for our services are listed on our website and may be subject to change. Promotions, discounts, or offers will be subject to specific terms and conditions.

BOOKING AND CANCELLATION

To book an appointment, you can contact the Salon via phone, email, or through our online booking system. Appointments are subject to availability, and we recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred date and time.

Cancellation Policy: We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide timely notice may result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost.
No-Show Policy: Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in a 100% charge of the service booked.

PAYMENT

Payment for our services can be made through accepted credit or debit cards and Swish. Prices are in Swedish Krona (SEK), and all applicable taxes are included.

HEALTH AND SAFETY

For your safety and ours, we request that you inform us of any health conditions, allergies, or other relevant information before receiving any treatments. The Salon follows strict hygiene and sanitation standards to ensure a clean and safe environment for all clients.

CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
